Eileen played varsity softball for 4 years under head coach Carol Deming at Chase Colligate. In her four years, the team won two New England championships and four C.I.S.A.C. championships. Eileen then went on to major in Physical Education at Central Connecticut. At Central Connecticut, Eileen played on the Division 1 softball team under head coach, Amanda Roczniak.
Eileen went on to coach with the Bristol Little League program in 2003. In 2003 and 2004, her junior and senior league teams won the Connecticut state title and represented the state at the regional tournament. In 2007, Eileen coached the Connecticut District 5 softball team that placed 2nd in the Eastern Regional Tournament. Eileen has also coached for the CT Eliminators and the Central Connecticut Comets. Currently, Eileen is the head coach for the Tradition 16U North team. She has also been a private pitching instructor to many young and promising pitchers in Connecticut. Eileen is also the varsity head coach at New Milford High School.
